Coaching staff for the 2021 Season

Neil Cassidy

Head Coach

Cassidy has been the team's head coach since the 2018 season. During that time, he has amassed a record of 33 wins, 10 losses, and 9 ties in four seasons, qualifying for the regional playoffs twice and winning the conference title in 2022. Cassidy was named NPSL North Conference and NPSL Midwest Region coach of the year in 2019.

Cassidy is the Director of Coaching for Minnesota Rush here in Rochester.

Fabian Becerril

Assistant Coach

Becerril has been with the Mayhem as an assistant since the 2019 season. He's an integral part of the coaching staff and was at the helm for a few games at the end of last season while head coach Neil Cassidy was battling Covid-19.

Originally from Mexico City, Mexico, Becerril moved to Rochester at age 11 with his family and is a graduate of Century High School.

Becerril coaches soccer on the boys side at his alma mater, and is also coaching the Minnesota Rush U17 Girls Select team this year. He is currently working on the completion of his USSF "B" coaching license.
