Join the experts at Mayo Clinic Sports Performance for a variety of camps to help you get stronger, faster, and more confident in your ability to perform at your best. A team of elite performance trainers at Mayo Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine provide their expertise to further elevate your game – and athletic abilities.

Camps are for youth and high school athletes, ages 13-18. There are four camps offered, each running Monday to Friday, 1-3 pm. All participants receive a t-shirt and water bottle.

  • July 12-16 | Intro to Strength Training

  • July 26-30 | Intro to Olympic Lifting
